Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

Messifa Beauty products are formulated with natural components, so it’s essential to check the expiration date or the “Period After Opening” symbol, usually found on the packaging. Most products are best used within 6 to 12 months of opening.
