Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or if you've received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

We recommend keeping all products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. Excessive exposure to light and temperature can alter the texture and reduce the potency of natural active ingredients.

Always ensure the containers are tightly sealed after each use. Properly closing bottles, jars, and pumps helps prevent contamination and extends the shelf life of your products. For hygiene and safety, we also advise applying your skincare with clean, dry hands or a sanitized applicator, especially when using creams or serums that come in open jars.

Every product has its recommended usage and frequency for best results. Following the instructions indicated on the label allows your skin to receive the right balance of active ingredients without overloading it. Messifa Beauty products are formulated with natural components, so it’s essential to check the expiration date or the “Period After Opening” symbol, usually found on the packaging. Most products are best used within 6 to 12 months of opening.
